Health coaching helped me get clarity on life and gave me a process on how to accomplish what I wanted. I was able to ramble all of my goals/aspirations/difficulties to Carrie and she was able to take them in, filter them and send them back to me in clear manageable pieces. Carrie helped me to learn I really can accomplish anything I dream of, but I need a clear goal and need to break it down into small manageable pieces. I also learned about how important it is for me to write things down and schedule different times each day with a calendar event or an alarm.
